HAZWOPER in Oklahoma
HAZWOPERTraining.com offers HAZWOPER training courses that are accepted statewide by Oklahoma. The OSHA 24 Hour HAZWOPER Training, 40 Hour HAZWOPER Training and 8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher courses below can be taken for all workers in Oklahoma that need HAZWOPER training. In addition, if you relocate to another state, the same training will be honored there.

*The PVC ID card is optional with the 8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher course, and adds an additional $5.00 if selected at the time of enrollment. To do so, just select the course that is priced at $44.95. Adding this option later will cost an additional $10.00.

Oklahoma does not have a federally approved occupational safety and health regulatory program. Consequently, federal occupational safety and health standards govern private sector workplaces in the state.
The state has adopted by reference the federal hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER) standard for public sector (state and local government) workplaces in general industry and construction (Oklahoma Administrative Code 380:40-1-22).
The U.S. Department of Labor/Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) administers and enforces federal workplace safety and health requirements in private sector workplaces. The Oklahoma Department of Labor/Public Employee Occupational Safety and Health Unit administers safety and health rules for public sector workplaces.
